Well, Joker is 20 reps...Ace is 15 Reps...King,Jack,Queen is 10 reps along with 2-10...Number 1 - Say you flip a card say 4 you'll do 4 pushups 4 situps 4 squats and Four 10-50 yard sprints..you do this all through the deck of cards, this will build muscle fast, The second way is like, Say you flip one say its 10 and its a black card you do Ten 10-40 yard sprints, now if its red and its ten then you do ten hill sprints, I call this the fat burner, because it will burn fat..Now if its a joker and it doesnt have red or black then do 20 on both hills and flat if you dont have hills, then, just do all on flat of 40 yards for red.Its that simple.

2 - Just a Deck Of Playing Cards that can cost 1.06 at Dollar Tree or Dollar General.

3 - Doesnt matter 1 to Infinite.

4 - Endurance - Speed - Strength - Power - Overall Fitness - Health

5 - I showed you, 2 ways, Be creative you can do whatever like flip one say 2.. do 2 40 yard sprints...flip one say 5 do 5 sets of 5 Burpee's.Etc.
