Double Arm Backstroke

By: Norfolk Aquajets

Swimming backstroke working both arms at the same time. Rotation is
excluded.

The swimming drill is to work on pulling correctly underwater while also insuring
that both arms are doing the same thing.

If the swimmer is bobbing while swimming it can be from not enough kick to
counter the extra weight of both arms overhead. It could also be from being
too forceful upon entry
