Swimming backstroke working both arms at the same time. Rotation is excluded. The swimming drill is to work on pulling correctly underwater while also insuring that both arms are doing the same thing. If the swimmer is bobbing while swimming it can be from not enough kick to counter the extra weight of both arms overhead. It could also be from being too forceful upon entry
