Pass ball back and forth

By: SC

Form two lines parallel to each other.

Each player should have another player directly across from him. The first player should pass the soccer ball to the player directly across from him. The other player should trap the ball, control it, and then pass the ball back to the player who just passed it to him. This procedure continues, back and forth.

Instructions to the players
Instruct the players to make good passes with the inside of the foot. The pass should go directly to their partner. Instruct the soccer players to trap the ball using their foot, keeping control of the ball and close to their body.

Variations
Increase or decrease the distance between the soccer players. Rotate one line every one or two minutes, rotate players on just one line.
