Each player has a volleyball and stands at the endline. All players serve from one side and chase the ball to the other endline, retrieve it and serve again back towards the starting side, chasing, retrieving and reserving. Continue the drill for 5 minutes. The drill can be run for an entire team as long as they are all on one side and serve at the same time. You can make the drill more of a serving drill than warmup by reducing the number of players per court and mandating a certain target or type of serve. It is a simple motion drill that includes a volleyball skill but gets you serving reps.
