A basketball drill to measure endurance, and catching and shooting skills when fatigued. The player being tested starts at the foul line and tosses the ball underhanded off the backboard, follows the ball, and lays it in. Make or miss, he rebounds his own shot and hustles back to the foul line, switches sides of the basket, and repeats the action. The score that is recorded is the time it takes the player to make a total of 20 shots. This drill will test cardiovascular endurance and coordination, as the player attempts to toss the ball accurately enough to be able to follow and catch it.
